This stunning Tuscany style home includes a detached garage apartment with full bathroom, a guest house with full bath, 5 car garage, private tennis court, boat dock, resort style swimming pool (grotto, slide, waterfalls), easily sleeps 14 people, a short 1 hour drive to the track in the provided Suburban.

It is extremely private, very luxurious style and with exceptional amenities. you feel like you are out in the country but in reality you are only a mile from the highway, and a short 20 miles to downtown Austin. There are tons of restaurants within a 5 mile radius, 2 miles from grocery store, retail, etc.

What makes this estate unique

It has everything you will find at a luxury resort including private boat dock with tram, custom swimming pool with waterfalls, slide and a grotto, and the creme de la creme is our one of a kind tennis court cantilevered out over the lake. Secluded, private, on 2 acres, has a main house along with a separate garage apartment and guest house allowing couples and families to have their own quarters.

This was a beautiful clean home with enough room to hold all of our employee's comfortably. Everything that we could possibly need was provided. It was quiet and the view was simply amazing. We played tennis in the evenings and enjoyed board games in the spacious living room. Sam was easily reachable and provided answers quickly and competently.
