House completely renovated uh less than one year and with all new infrastructure, and 3 suites with two double beds and one suite with two single beds. U.S. 1 suite (2 rooms with an ensuite bathroom), both with twin beds and two bicamas all equipped with air conditioning. Gas water heater (2 boilers). Dining room. TV room on the mezzanine. Home Theatre downstairs. Barbecue, pizza oven and plate with table for 8 people + 1 ombrelone pool table. Laundry (washing machine and dryer). Heated pool with protection for children. Heated spa with whirlpool jets. Condo on the beach in Iporanga service with umbrella and chairs. Playground for children and 24 hours concierge. Home help in the structure of the house. Pillows, bedding and towels, pool towels, cutlery and crockery included. 10 car spaces, 3 spaces covered.
