This charming, fully furnished cottage provides the perfect get-away. Built in the 1920s, this historic cottage overlooks the Lake Worth Municipal Golf Course and the Intracoastal Waterway. Improve your golf game, visit art museums, or just relax on the white sandy beaches. We are within steps of the Atlantic Ocean, the golf course, and downtown Lake Worth. Lake Worth is an artist community , known for its many antique shops, art galleries, museums and gourmet restaurants.

Two blocks from the shops and restaurants downtown Lake Worth, steps from the Beach and the Lake Worth Municipal Pool. Lake Worth has bike trails, the Lake Worth Pier, fishing, boating, swimming, scuba diving, public boat ramps, municipal golf courses, restaurants and night clubs. Palm Beach is a 10 minute drive. Two bicycles and safety helmets available, at your own risk. Improve your golf game, shop downtown at the special boutiques, or enjoy champagne at the Breakers.

Looking for an annual lease? Pay only $1250/month. You pay utilities, gas, wifi/internet, and cable. We'll still pick up the lawn care.

Hi, I'm originally from New England and fell in love with Lake Worth years ago. I live on the gulf coast of Mississippi, and can't always be In Florida, so I've have decided to share it with others who want to escape the winter, or just get away. We are hoping you will love cottages as much as we do, and that you will want to come for a year, or for the winter months (November through May) to enjoy the sunshine, swim in the sea, shop, dine out, and relax in our charming furnished cottage.

We hope to share our charming cottage with a couple who would like an anual lease for the next year or two. Why not lease our beautiful cottage while shop around for your own vacation rental in Lake Worth?

Location, Location, Location! You are just steps from Lake Worth beach, pier, downtown restaurants, golf, boat and kayak launches, Water Taxi and brand new boardwalk over the intracoastal mangroves. There is a recently renovated kid's playground and a fitness trail all just a short walk away. The cottage has two bedrroms and one bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with down pillows and comforters. The second bedroom has two twin beds with down pillows and comforters. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels dish towels, and cloth napkins for dinner so you don't have to worry about these things. However, please be prepared to supply your own paper products. There is a washer and dryer for your use. The full kitchen includes a gas range, dishes, utensils, cookware, micorwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Central heat/air for your comfort. The windows are operable so that you can enjoy the intra-coastal breezes off the golf course. There are beautiful Dade county pine floors throughout, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Our Florida guest cottage is a short walk from the beach, golf course, antique shops, regional theater, unique restaurants, and cafe's.

A ten minutes drive takes you to Palm Beach's famous Worth Avenue and world renowned shopping and dining. We are also a short drive from West Palm Beach's City Place where you can surround yourself with European style shops and reastaurants. The Breakers Hotel is just minutes away in palm Beach, waiting for you to indulge and explore the pleasures offered there. Nearby Museums include the Flagler Museum and The Norton Museum of Art, internationally known for its 19th and 20th century masterpieces by Picasso, Miro, Monet, Matisse, Gauguin, and O'keefe, Hopper, and Pollock.

There are 2 bikes in the golf shed available for you use, at your own risk. There are miles of natural and untamed trails to explore.

The windows are operable so that you can enjoy the breezes off the intracoastal, while you rest on the glassed in porch and watch the golfers as they pass by. Beautiful gleaming Dade County pine floors throughout, ceiling fans in most rooms. Dine alfresco out on the patio and enjoy the warm sunny breezes off the intracoastal waterway.

Dolphin Cottage

My husband and I made this darling cottage our home for two seasons. Our first impression when we opened the front door was "we are home".. I was instantly in love with the cottage and had not even moved from the front porch! In the mornings I had tea and watched the walkers and joggers before I went to join! The afternoon had me on the back porch watching the golf carts across the fairways playing demolition derby! The living ares are more than comfortable. I did not want to leave when our three months was over and looked forward to our hopeful return the next year.
The location was an easy walk to downtown or the beach. Perfect location.
