This beautifully maintained oceanside home is just a few steps to the ocean and a short walk to Fantasy Island, Bay Village and downtown Beach Haven. Enclosed screened in front porch with seating area. Bright & spacious living room with sofa, loveseat, an extremely comfortable queen futon and laminate flooring. Breakfast room seats 6, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven & a brand new refridgerator. 1 Bedroom with queen bed on the first floor. A full bath with ceramic tile surround and a tub. The second floor features 2 sets of single trundle beds, wall to wall carpeting and a flat panel tv. Enjoy the outside shower, grill and front picnic area with table/benches. The perfect location on LBI! 6 Beach Chairs and 1 umbrella.
