Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Brazilian Real) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The final cleaning fee is always charged with the final installment of rent, regardless of the number of days the rental property. Payment must be made in two installments: 50% of total rental when booking the property and 50% on arrival in reais. In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the amount deposited will be returned in full to reserve. If the cancellation occurs with less than 60 days to the start of the hosting, the value will only be returned when the rental period is reserved for other guests. Free for children under 2 years. The use of the ballroom for barbecue or other meals must be booked with the concierge in advance and is charged for its use.
  • The entry time is at 14:00 and the exit until 11:00, but negotiable if no other guests leaving or arriving on the same dates. This interval of 3 hours is required for general cleaning of the fittest.
