1 Bedroom ground floor condo- Newly Renovated -right beside Pool.

This very tastefully corner condo is light and airy and fully furnished for your comfort. All furnishings are new. The single bedroom has a queen sized bed. The sofabed in the living room is also queen sized. A newly renovated kitchen offers stone countertops, new appliances including a microwave. The front door opens to its own patio which lies in front of a lovely a heated lap pool. Just across the parking lot is the entrance to St Petes Beach, and Paradise Grill where you can join the seagulls for your evening drink and watch the sunset over the water. Wireless internet throughout complex. Air conditioned.. Cable TV/ DVD, Laundromat on site. Restaurant with live music in the complex for your evening entertainment. No pets are allowed in this complex.

We Love the St Pete Beach area. It is convenient to Tampa, and just 5 miles from beautiful Ft Desoto Park. One can walk to restaurants, quaint shopping areas and is just steps to the beach. The beach in front is owned by the city and is a park with a cute beach bistro for breakfast and lunch.

What makes this condo unique

This property is lovely and quiet. The pool area is fenced to allow for privacy for the owners and guests. It is fun to see the friends who come back year after year , some over 20 years to this property.

Amazing Vacation!

This past week was truly amazing. The condo was clean, comfortable and so pretty! Lots of towels and linens were available- and a fully stocked kitchen, It was so relaxing to be able to step out the front door and see the pool right there- inviting me in. The beach is wonderful and not as populated as most, so I could have lovely long walks by myself. THank you so much for a wonderful time.
