Gasparilla Island & Boca Grand is approx 20 minutes drive from our villa.
A nature preserve “Stump Pass” and “Middle Beach” is approx 10 minutes from our villa.
Close by towns include Naples, Sarasota, Sanibel Island and Siesta Key.

Living Area:
Tastefully furnished including an entertainment unit complete with television and DVD player, with sliding doors opening on to the lanai and pool area. There is a separate dining room and breakfast area.
