Amenities include: 4 sun loungers, BBQ gas grill, high speed internet, WiFi, large flat screen TVs in both living rooms and bedrooms.

Gulf Access canal with southern exposure, boat dock with lift. Fenced-in backyard.

NOTICE - Avalon Bay is a 2 bedroom home but can accommodate up to 8!

This home includes the first 4 guests (adult or children) in the base rental price. Each additional guest (adult or child) is an additional fee plus tax per day. Please note the exact number of guests including adults and children at time of reservation.
