Why The Owner chose Heavenly Valley

We chose this location due to its proximity to Heavenly's California lodge. It's a pretty easy walk or drive to the lifts, or just stand on the corner and wait for Heavenly's shuttles to pick you up. Ski Run Marina/Beach is also within walking distance.

What makes this house unique

Snowplows! Needle Peak and Ski Run Blvd get constant attention from the plows during major storms. You'll never be more than 20 feet from a plowed street, no matter how big the storm is.

A piece of Tahoe Heaven

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The house is so well equipped with all the comforts of home. The location is so convenient to stores, the lake, the casinos, etc., if you so choose to leave. We spent a lot of our time at the house and enjoyed being outside on the deck and playing ping pong. One of the best features is the large dining table that fit our entire family. It was one of our best vacations ever.

Luxury rental in an ideal location

A group of us stayed here for a the weekend and really enjoyed the rental house. The house looked newly remodeled and the appliances & electronics were high end. Definitely one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in around Tahoe! Would definitely recommend for a group of friends, families, couples. One piece of advice, if you want to catch the shuttle up to the Heavenly lodge, wait for the bus on Ski Run Blvd.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

The house was more lovely than we expected and had most everything we needed. The three full bathrooms with showers were especially nice! The only thing missing was more snow. We skied some but also enjoyed the ping-pong, Foosball, and Wii. Was nice that shopping and casinos were just a short drive. We would definitely stay again. Even without ideal weather, we still had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

The perfect house for a large family

This house is beautiful and well cared for! There were 9 of us in our party (4 kids, 5 adults) and we were all very comfortable. The house is spacious and we never felt like we were crowded. The kids LOVED the Foosball table and the table tennis in the backyard. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. But you're still in a prime location, central to everywhere you might want to go. We spent most of our time at the various beaches in Tahoe and we had forgotten our beach chairs but the owner had a set of beach chairs in the garage that we were able to borrow!

One of the days we were there, some workers were doing construction and accidentally cut the gas line. We needed the owner to get in touch with the gas company in order to get someone out to fix it and he was very prompt in returning our call and getting the situation handled quickly!

We'll definitely be renting this home for any future vacations we take in Tahoe!

Great location, spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean!

First of all, this house is in one of the best locations for a Tahoe trip. It is only minutes away from Heavenly, Ski Run Marina, Casinos, the grocery stores, and restaurants. Yet it is away from the main roads so away from traffic. We took the Tahoe Queen cruise which is only 5 minutes away. We also drove to Camp Richardson beach and Emerald Bay which are all very close by.

The house itself is huge, looks like it has just been renovated - new kitchen appliances and beautiful hardwood floors. It is very well maintained and clean. Lots of entertainment - Large LCD TVs, Dish Network. The foosball table provided a lot of joy too. Wireless internet worked well. There are also lots of stuff in the garage that you can borrow, such as beach chairs, umbrella, etc.

All in all, an excellent place to stay if your family is visiting Lake Tahoe.
