This newly renovated and fully furnished studio condo has all of the elegance you would want, in addition you are within walking distance for everything New Orleans has to offer. This ground floor unit is in a perfect location.
Your cozy little condo was perfect for our stay in NOLA! Thanks for letting us enjoy and we appreciated your reccomendation for the Royal House our first night - we ate outside on the balcony and it was memorable! We'd love to come back again now that we have some favorite places nearby. It was a great location in the French Quarter - we'll definitely recommend it to other.
We rented this condo during Mardi Gras. It was the perfect location in that we could walk out our door and be within walking distance from the action. To Bourbon Street or Canal (for the parades) or to Jefferson Square for river walks or live music during Lundi Gras.
The owner was responsive and very accommodating. We felt very safe and it was amazingly quiet when we had to nap during the day to prepare for the evening's activities.
The space was perfect for 2 people and the bed was extremely comfortable. It would be a stretch for more than 2 people. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently to prepare breakfasts for leisurely mornings before the day's chaotic events.
We would recommend this condo for anyone who wants to experience the French Quarter. It is also close to the street car line to experience other New Orleans neighborhoods and attractions.
We enjoyed our stay in this property!! Great location, very clean and comfortable!!
The property is in the perfect location in the French Quarter within blocks of everything. Cafe Du Monde is just down the road. It is within a short waling distance of great restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and Bourbon Street. We could not have been more thrilled. The property is a studio that is beautifully designed and perfect for a couple. The pull down bed is extremely comfortable. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners were very responsive. It felt very safe and quiet. The owner provides you with the necessary codes to get into the property, which was important to us because we arrived very late at night and we did not have to worry about meeting someone to get a key or missing a check in time. I would highly recommend this rental.
We loved our stay in this French Quarter condo. Seriously perfect location. Easily walked anywhere we wanted to go or easy to catch a trolley. Johnny's next door is definitely a must stop for food - for breakfast or PoBoy's. Crescent City Brewhouse around the corner on Decatur was a good place to end the night with a good beer or two and enjoy the jazz. Could hear the calliope music from the steamboat daily, which was cool. Quick walk to Jackson square, Preservation Hall and all the other fabulous dining places. We took the advice of another renter and tried the Peanut Butter burger at Yo Mama's Bar and Grill - good call! Seriously good. Stop there after the show! The condo itself was well appointed and comfortable for the size, everything we needed and so nice to be so close that we'd stop in a few times a day to cool off, relax and head back out refreshed. Our anniversary trip was perfect in every way. We'd stay again!
This charming little abode was just what we were looking for and just as it was advertised. It was located in a picturesque part of the French Quarter which was the perfect walking distance for many sights. Jenny was SO wonderful to work with; all my questions were answered in a timely fashion and with much thoroughness. She completely put my mind at ease. I can't thank her enough for letting us stay in this beautiful home-away-from home and look forward to the day I am able to return. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo.
This little gem is exactly what we were hoping it would be - an oasis right in the French Quarter. You could walk by this place 1,000 times and not even realize it was here. Great privacy, felt very secure, nicely updated and had every convenience a traveler could want. My only complaint - it was way too close to the Napoleon House, which made it was too easy to stroll over to get one more Pimm's Cup - ha! Queen-sized murphy bed was very comfy, and so nice that it folded into the wall so that you had extra room when not sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped. Jenny was always a phone call or text away if we had questions - very helpful. We will definitely look to make reservations here again on our next trip.
