Spacious NW adobe (4/2) in Oro valley, great desirable NW Tucson location (priced by the number of occupants, we can easily block off the extra bedrooms) great for 1 or 9. Just over the border of Marana, in Oro valley, you will find this spacious like new Tucson home can easily accommodate a person alone or 8-9 guests. This four bedroom, two bath residence is beautifully decorated with an attractive open plan and a private grass-filled back yard with a gas grill. This people friendly home is perfect for your stay in the Tucson area. You will find yourself a hop and a skip from i-10 and the many Tucson/Oro valley amenities: golf, nearby YMCA that is like a country club), excellent shopping, theaters and hiking in Catalina state park and other nearby trails. You can have as much space as you like and all the privacy in the world in this small six- year-old subdivision.

We bought this property when Victoria came back to get her PHD at UofA. We chose this house pre- construction and decorated it with all new furnishings. The house was near family and in a convenient location for the drive to UofA.

What makes this house unique

Location! Location! Location!....I could hop on I-10 in a five minutes and be at the University in another twenty. It was such an easy drive because of the interstate.

I Was There Nearly a Month!

The house was beautifully decorated will all the amenities including tiled floors, a large master bathroom, a kitchen will plenty of dishes and cooking necessities, cable TV, a BBQ, WiFi and more. The house had great access to the freeway, golf courses, and lots of shops and restaurants. I was staying in Tucson for a work assignment and it was so nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable place at the end of the day instead of a hotel. I was able to cook up some great meals in the large kitchen and relax on the patio. The house would be great for a family looking for space to relax and enjoy the area.
