The house is a single storey dwelling with four bedrooms, two of
which have ensuite bathrooms. At the front of the house there is a
double garage and a TV room, which contains a bed-settee and so can
serve as a fifth bedroom if needed. At the back of the house a third
bathroom serves the two bedrooms without ensuites. This bathroom
leads directly onto the Lanai and pool area.
