There is a caged pool, spa, and an outside dining area.

All rooms are tastefully decorated, you can watch the dolphins, tarpon and manatees and fish from the dock.

Notes

  • Check in is 4PM on Sunday. We will let you know if you can check in earlier.

    Check out is 10AM and we kindly ask that you check out on time. The cleaning couple will be there to clean and check the home. We usually have another party arriving in the afternoon. There will be a $100 deduction from your security deposit if the cleaners cannot enter the home.

    There is a $500 Security deposit required to reserve this home. After departure, cleaning couple go in and clean and check the home. We return deposits on Monday and Tuesdays following departure.

    During Season, we charge a $100 fee per week for utilities.



    We take credit cards.

    Animals are not allowed.

This house offers a great relaxing vacation! The views of the river are wonderful and the tranquility of the area allows for a relaxing time. The house itself is spacious and nice, with all the amenities you would need to feel at home! It can easily and comfortable sleep 8 with 4 bedrooms. The pool offers great sun all day long! I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at this large, clean and peaceful home. Family can gather here and still have their own space. We really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and watching the dolphins. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. I would highly recommend a vacation here! Everything you need is provided for you in a great location! Owners were wonderful to work with!

This house is located a short distance from the beaches, great restaurants, shopping, theaters, golf courses, and Jet Blue Park for the sports fans.

Very quiet and peaceful spot. You can have breakfast on the outdoor patio watching the dolphins swim by many mornings. The sunset is beautiful in the evening.

House has spacious rooms with private suites so you can spend time together as a large group or separately if you choose. House is very clean with all possible conveniences provided including WI-FI. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a great vacation in Florida. Wonderful owners.

This is our favorite vacation spot! We have stayed in this house every year for several years because of the spacious comfortable living space and relaxing outdoor area. The view of the river, with dolphins swimming by, is a great way to start the day. The heated pool and spa are perfect for enjoying the Florida sun. It is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, and local beaches. Gloria is excellent to work with and we have always found the house to be spotless and fully equipped with everything we have needed to enjoy our home away from home.
