This is a truly amazing property that cannot be compared to others in so many ways. You have complete privacy in a secure gated single family home. The property and home sits on top of a hillside overlooking the entire Santa Monica Bay and beach cities with a private locking beach access. Literally step from this property to the beach and Pacific Ocean. A very large custom single family residence on the best part of Redondo Beach. Inside the home has been completely remodeled and newly furnished in all rooms. Enjoy fantastic view, sunsets and coastline scenery all day long.

What makes this villa unique

Only a few properties have their own private beach and beach access. This is it ! The pool has a water slide and jacuzzi that has completely unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline.

We contacted the owner of this property, Mark, in regards to corporate retreat we were coordinating for a nationwide company. Mark was wonderful in answering questions and working with on even the smallest details of our event.

The house is absolutely spectacular. It is spotless clean and the furnishings are all very opulent and comfortable. All of the rooms are good sized and well appointed. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and easy to navigate.

The outside patio/pool area has incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and is a great place to relax and enjoy the pool/spa after a day of meetings.

Our event went off without a hitch thanks to Mark who made things run almost seamlessly.

We will definitely return next year for our West Coast event.
