Modern 4 bedroom/2 Bath plus bonus steam room on Village Run

This condominium sleeps 11 comfortably and is fully appointed with all the amenities you desire. It has a newly updated open floor plan kitchen and living room with wood stove fireplace. It includes cable, a large flat screen t.v., wifi and local hardline telephone service.

The bedrooms include a master with full shower and bath with a queen bed. On the lower floor there are 3 bedrooms, a full bath and a functional steam room which is great for apres' ski! There is a double bunk bed room which sleeps 4, another bunkbed room with an additional full bed which sleeps 3, and second master with queen which sleeps 2.

A large deck view as well as a huge picture window greet you upon walking upstairs with views of the Mad River Valley.

We are both professionals in the Boston area, living in Canton, MA. We both practice law in Dedham, have two wonderful children, two big dogs and an ill-tempered cat.

Why Edward Cummings chose Warren

We have been coming to Sugarbush since the mid-nineties and have been seasonably renting. We have always loved the area, from the Mountains to the cute towns and great restaurants (Common Man, 2 miles, Flat Bread Pizza 4 miles). The Sugarbush ownership has really developed the area lately and while it retains all its charm, it has all the modern improvements you would expect of a world class ski resort.

What makes this condo unique

We decided to purchase this property due to it being on Lincoln Peak, in the Village and because we fell in love with the open floor design in the kitchen, dining, living room. We also love being able to walk out the door, ski down through some trails by condos and grab a lift up without having to drive down to the base.

Our updated 4 bedroom slopeside rental is on the 'Village Run'. It is part of Sugarbush Village which includes bars, restaurants and other shops. When there is snow on the ground you can ski on and off Lincoln Peak. It is also a short 'Mad Bus' (the free service just outside the door) to Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen. There are wonderful views for snow and foliage lovers alike.
