This is a perfect vacation home for larger families or groups of friends who want to have an enjoyable vacation that is truly within walking distance to the beach. The house is located on a barrier island between the Intracoastal and the ocean and is only 1 block away from the South Inlet Park which is the top listed beach in Boca Raton on Tripadvisor.
Being so far east means that the house is close to Mizner Park and the Boca Resort and because it is just south of Camino Real it is very close to Deerfield Beach which has many restaurants and bars which are on the beach and has a more laid back atmosphere than Boca itself. It truly means the best of both worlds.
The house itself has been designed to create a relaxing vacation environment. At 2600 square feet it is just perfect in size to remain cozy yet still has enough space and separate rooms to let a larger family or group not feel cramped.
The living room has a large sectional sofa and a 70' Sharp flat screen with Bose sound system. Choose from satellite, DVD, Apple TV or your own Ipod for your entertainment.
Just off the living room is an separate entertainment room with a sofa perfect for the kids or teenagers to play games, watch tv or play an included Wii game console with a selection of games.
Or just kick back and relax and read a book or magazine in the adjacent sitting room. Both of these rooms lead to the outside patio and pool area.
The dining room has an extra long table which seats comfortably 8 people which is perfect enjoying nice dinners or evenings playing card or board games.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and serve your family or guests and is open to the dining room and is separated by a breakfast bar with stools.
3 beautifully appointed Bedrooms and 1 Study with sofa bed allow for a maximum of 8 guests to sleep comfortably.
The Master bedroom has access to the patio and pool area and has a king sized bed and a small sitting area. The master bathroom has a huge walk in shower with rain shower and massage jets and double vanity, separate toilet and walk in closet.
The VIP bedroom is towards the front of the house and has a king size bed and its own bathroom. This room also has its own flatscreen television.
The large Guest bedroom has two double beds (these are not twin beds but larger full size) and sitting area with a chair and ottoman. There is also a flatscreen tv in this bedroom.
The 4th bedroom is currently set up as a study and has a full size queen sleeper sofa. This sofabed is made by American Leather which is rated as one of the most comfortable sleeper sofas in the industry. The study also has a 21inch iMac computer and printer and flatscreen television.
Enjoy the outside patio and pool area which has a dining table for 6 people and two comfortable chairs and end table. Next to the pool is a lounge area with 3 chaise lounges for relaxing and taking sun.
The 20X40 foot pool is a salt water pool and doesn't use the harsh chemical chlorine. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months so no matter what temperature it is outside it is always comfortable in the water.
Since it is a 5 min walk to the beach no need for the car or beach parking. There is a beach wagon with chairs and and umbrella and beach toys that helps you to bring everything you need to the beach and back.
We do allow for pets as long as the property will not be damaged in any way and the property will not be left smelling.
Lastly, there is no smoking permitted in the home whatsoever.
