You can play games or stroll to the beach only a few minutes walk (450 yards)! Lower level has washer/dryer and carport. Mid level has living room, dining area that opens up to a deck, queen bedroom that shares a bath with another queen bedroom with a deck. Next door to 5021 for a great family gathering.
