01 bedroom apartment for 5 people, neighborhood Embaré the beach.

Excellent fit of 01 bright and airy dormitory to accommodate 05 people, like retired to live in, everything is fine tract and as new tile throughout motionless, paint, shutters, windows and VITROS tiles to the ceiling and so on. .. Full kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, filter europe), mini service area with sink and clothesline ceiling, full bath with shower and luxury shower hygienic. Room with TV 21 '+ ceiling fan and sea view, stand with chairs added to stools at the counter American room also with TV 14' + ceiling fan, closet and great views of the same for the sea. But the big difference is my own property and offer (s) garage demarcated, have also NET basic package of 54 channels including sport and tv point in the room that works on the same channels of the room.
