First class accommodations, very comfortable, clean, professionally decorated and landscaped with a modern kitchen and top of the line furnishings . Just my wife and I stayed at teh cottage and it was perfect for our needs. It would also fit four comfortably, but you are limited to one bathroom. It was great having a barbecue grill, bicycles, hot tub, and pool for our exclusive use.
It is a very private setting located in a quiet residential area. Nice view of the Intercoastal waterway from the private dock, also great for viewing a variety of local wild life. You can walk to the beach, but it would take about 10 minutes. Bicycles were handy for riding to the beach or exploring the local area. We had a wonderful time, if we get back to the area again, this will be our first choice for a place to stay!
We enjoyed everything about the cottage and property. We plan to stay here again.
What a wonderful cottage. Had everything we needed from cooking to relaxation. a very beautiful, peaceful place just what we needed after our winter up north. A short walk to the small store and the beach. Nice neighborhood. Thank you Brandon for the help and info. you gave us. The only thing I would suggest is a small table or floor lamp for the living room. If we get back to this area again would definitely stay here.
We recently stayed 2 weeks at this lovely place, the landscaping surrounding the cottage is wonderful, giving much privacy and is well cared for. The 2 decks extending out into the bay are a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the birds, and even saw some dolphins. It is a short walk to the beach, and restaurants and shops.
We loved the quiet private cottage and hope to return someday.
Nicely appointed and very clean. Very dark inside, could really use more lamps and bulbs sufficient for reading, particularly in winter. Pool and spa are available and nice, but they are right in front, literally, of the adjoining property, which appears to be jointly owned. Swimming in front of someone else's property, who we've been told are permanent residents and not to be disturbed, created a bit of reluctance to utilize, at best. Grille did not work (out of gas?) and creatures scurried about when I opened the stove top. Once outside, you are literally 20 steps from the bay (not the gulf), which is nice, but Since it is more northerly facing, there is very little sunlight in the winter, anyway. I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and furnishings, it really was nicely appointed. It's 3 blocks from beach access, and decent restaurants are nearby, within walking distance. I saw no "dolphins playing".
The pictures and advertising for this property or spot on. It is exactly as pictured with the feel of luxurious comfort. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday and everything was absolutely PERFECT. The private dock (2 of them) the pool and spa were wonderful! The waterfall was most enjoyable having our morning coffee looking out over the pool and bay from the breakfast table. The owner was very nice and made us feel quite at home encouraging us to enjoy everything the property offered providing instructions for the spa and pool. She really made our stay most comfortable and welcoming. Everything about the property is excellent, above and beyond our expectations. The beach is a short walk with a few shops to browse through on the way. The local grocery store has a wonderful selection, way more variety than we have at home. We went to John's Pass a couple miles away and shelling on the beaches up and down Gulf Blvd. We particularly enjoyed Screwie Louie's relaxed friendly atmosphere and the shrimp is too die for! Dockside Dave's fish tacos and crab cakes were none too shabby either. This vacation was intended for rest and relaxation and this was the perfect place for it, exactly what the doctor ordered! We will be back most definitely! We are already planning our next visit, it is now our 'go to' place for a girls getaway. Thank you so much!

We stayed at the Cottage in late August. The house was very clean and had a beautiful pool. The website never showed a picture of the pool and hot tub, so we were really surprised! The private dock was nice to watch the sun rise, see dolphins playing, and watch other wildlife. The location was in a quiet dead end cul-de-sac neighborhood not far from the beach. All in all, it was a great place to stay in a convenient location.
