Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for your family. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want!

LIVING ROOM
:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view.

BEDROOMS:
Three of the four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are set up to be comfortable! The master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and large closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms and bonus room share the other upstairs bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the bathroom on that floor. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

GARAGE AND PARKING:
You have your own private, single-car garage, and two spaces in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!

LOCATION:
You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away.
