It is an 1884 Ship Captain's home with a perfect view of the ocean he loved. In 1964 my parents Vada and Harry Bowness purchased this lovely oceanfront property and turned it into home. In 2005 Steve and I turned Trinity on the Ocean into a B&B, and in 2013 we are opening the entire unit up to a vacation rental for a family or several couples to enjoy as your oceanfront vacation.You are close to town yet at the end of a dead end street making it quiet for sleeping and privacy. Trinity on the Ocean has every amenity you want, you enter from the private parking lot through the gardens and up the gentle stairs to the deck/porch where you can set a spell and breathe the ocean air or go through the double doors(just one of four entreways) into the large living room. No matter where you go in the house you have a view of Penobscot Bay with the boats, ferries, and light houses. You will relax and understand why we Mainers say'Maine, the way life should be'.
