“The Royal Palm” is a 4600 square foot (425 meters squared) six bedroom estate home that will easily sleep twelve adults and/or children. With a delightful and unpretentious interior, your family and friends will absolutely enjoy the spacious wide open floor plan featuring generously sized windows from which the Florida sunshine comes streaming in. Two separate seating areas offer a level of privacy and yet provides for an open area for large groups to mingle. There's a formal dining room and an additional informal breakfast room that overlooks the pool, outdoor deck, and the golf course. The first floor features a very large king bed en-suite while the upper level has two additional king bed en-suites, two queen bed en-suites, along with an additional queen bed suite. This magnificent home also features an elevator for those who choose to ride to the upper level of the home instead of using the staircase.

This home was well equipped, a great layout for entertaining and perfect for our extended family with 5 ensuites. The golf community provided lots of amenities and was close to all Kissimmee activities.
The management company was great to deal with and available throughout the week even on New Years eve!
