Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. There may be other units available as well.

I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead of in a hotel. The owners were very helpful and the space was very clean and cozy - more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. It's steps away from the Fresh Market, where you can buy organic groceries and cook some "real" food while on vacation. It's also a few steps from the Louisiana stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line. Getting to Magazine Street, the French Quarter, and the Audubon Park were all very easy from this location. We also loved just walking around the neighborhood and checking out the old mansions, Lafayette No. 1 cemetery, and the beautiful gardens. The next time we come to New Orleans, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & comfortable. The bed was very comfy, plush & soft. The condo is well stocked. It is in a very convenient location. Bus/streetcar stop one block away. We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, which made it much nicer to get around. Larissa & Brandon were very friendly & gave us lots of helpful info on restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood felt safe & clean too.

The place was very comfy and perfect for 2 people..Had everything we needed and more..The street car on that block was broke but was no fault of the owners..and we had to go from a bus to a street car to get to Canal st..but other than that everything was great..Really nice people!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We parked the car, in its own designated spot, got a 3-day jazzy pass and rode the trolly into town everyday! We walked to magazine street for lunch and even walked to Lafayette cemetery no. 1. The owner was nice and the condo was well appointed and clean. There were books to read when we wanted downtime and a huge tub with jets in the bathroom for pampering. We just loved New Orleans! When we come back we would stay here again.

Location, location, location

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a wonderful 1 week stay. It was in a TERRIFIC location, just one block off the St Charles streetcar line and a short walk to the famous Magazine St with loads of restaurants, bars, music, etc. The owner met us at the condo upon arrival to provide some information about the property and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this condo - my only hope is getting to come back to NOLA in the near future - would not hesitate to rent this place again!

Brilliant - best location for Mardi Gras

We stayed here for 10 days over Mardi Gras carnival and couldn't fault it. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Larissa met us and walked us through the features of the apartment and gave us some tips on where to eat etc. The location just of St Charles was brilliant for going out to the parades. It is an easy walk to magazine street shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved this little cozy piece of heaven!! Brandon was a wonderful host who greeted us with a smile & was very courteous!! The property was very clean and well kept!! The furniture was very comfortable and inviting. We fell in love with it. Wished we could've stayed longer. Quick access to street car was great. We felt like we were home away from home. Wish check out was a little later but no complaints whatsoever. Hoping to come back again really soon!!
