Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. There may be other units available as well.

My husband and I just returned from a quick weekend getaway. We have stayed in many vrbo retails but found this place simply ok. It was much louder than I expected. St.Charles stayed busy all night long! The bed is very firm and seemed old because every time one of us would move it made lots of noise. The couch also needed replaceing. The pictures are pretty accurate. The locations is nice and to have your own parking place is very nice. The a/c also leaked during out stay but they say that will be fixed soon(still kept the place cool). Just over all an ok stay for us.

I stayed in this condo for three days while visiting my daughter and son-in-law. Its a lovely space with great amenities -- so much better than any hotel! It was so nice to wake up in a quiet space each morning, make drink coffee in the lovely courtyard. Free laundry, reserved parking, wi-fi, and many other small touches like a list of nearby restaurants recommended by the condo owners made the stay very special.

Highly recommended!

Condo was clean and orderly. Owner is very pleasant and organized. Everything you need for a long weekend is there. Although I didn't use the St. Charles trolley, it is only 150 feet away and runs to the downtown district, I think $1.50 each way. Queen bed, no pullout couch, but 3rd adult could sleep on couch if needed. Modern flat screen TV and stereo, and plenty of cooking books as the owner is a head chef at a prominent downtown restaurant. Washer/dryer is available. Parking for 1 car, secured locked gate to entry of garden, condo up 1 flight of outside stairs. Neighborhood quiet and clean. $14 to Convention Center, $11-$12 to Canal Street.
