Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. There may be other units available as well.

I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead of in a hotel. The owners were very helpful and the space was very clean and cozy - more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. It's steps away from the Fresh Market, where you can buy organic groceries and cook some "real" food while on vacation. It's also a few steps from the Louisiana stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line. Getting to Magazine Street, the French Quarter, and the Audubon Park were all very easy from this location. We also loved just walking around the neighborhood and checking out the old mansions, Lafayette No. 1 cemetery, and the beautiful gardens. The next time we come to New Orleans, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great Condo for Two!

We loved the great location, off-street parking, laundry and attention to detail that this condo provided. It was spacious for two and included all the essentials----hair dryer, bath and kitchen supplies, microwave, coffee maker and chilled bar ware. The restaurant and shopping suggestions were especially helpful.

Cozy, Safe and easily Accessible

Right off the St. Charles Streetcar, this property was clean and cozy - just what we were looking for. Off street parking was a plus - in addition the Garden District Safety Department patroled the area quite often. Easy access to Magazine Street restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again.

comfortable apartment, great location!

The apartment was cute and well-maintained. I felt safe with the locked gate around the building. One block away from the street car was a huge plus. We did not have a car for most of the trip and got around just fine by foot/public transit, though a parking spot comes with the place which is nice. Great communication with owners. What can you say -the picures are a true representation and the location is fantastic! Appreciated the small library and guidebooks/ tips, as well! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

Small but very nice & clean. Well equipped with everything we needed. Close to trolley, only a short ride to downtown & french quarter. Owner was very helpful with any questions we had. If you are looking for a good restaurant go to the Palace Cafe on canal st. excellent food & service. If in town again will be back for sure.

good stay

I was in town for the WEFTEC convention and stayed at this property. The location was perfect; the condo is right on the St Charles streetcar line. There is a great little wine bar and an upscale grocery right across the street. The condo complex is very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

As someone else mentioned, the streetcar and NOLA in general are quite noisy, so earplugs are not a bad idea, particularly if you are a light sleeper like me.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & comfortable. The bed was very comfy, plush & soft. The condo is well stocked. It is in a very convenient location. Bus/streetcar stop one block away. We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, which made it much nicer to get around. Larissa & Brandon were very friendly & gave us lots of helpful info on restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood felt safe & clean too.
