A picturesque twenty minute walk to the heart of town or to nearby hiking trail-heads. The three level hillside property offers magnificent unimpeded soul-soothing views of the Sangre de Cristo Range of the Rockies.

2,000 square feet (186 sq. mtrs.) in authentic Pueblo Revival style of thick adobe walls and casement windows. Robust and old-fashioned ranch and country style furniture. Lots of wood and leather. Private entry patio featuring a deep portal, wisteria-laden pergolas, BBQ, and seating/dining areas. Fenced. Private parking bays.

Top level: Large master bedroom, fireplace, TV, closets, full bath w/WC, and outdoor terrace.

Mid level: Compact studio/office with tempurpedic daybed, plus mini-gym with stationary bike, WC, washbasin, stall shower, and desk working area (super view from desk), TV, closet and storage space.

We are an active mature and sophisticated couple who have traveled widely in the world's mountain regions and interesting cities. We've been in Santa Fe more than forty years. It's a fine place and we love it.

David & Bettina purchased this house in 1993
Why David & Bettina chose Santa Fe

It was our family's second residence for many years, used by friends and our children who now have places of their own. We live on the adjacent hillside property and don't want to see that wonderful house unoccupied.
