Short walking distance to the beach of only 250yds. Large decks for that morning coffee, or just relaxing and soaking up the sunshine ,or a nap in the hammock or how about going up higher to the observatory deck for uninterupted views if ocean and sound.

This very comfortable and nicely equipped property features a ground level rec room with interchangeable gaming table, microwave, sink , TV and slider accessing the outside. The bedrooms are located on the ground level and mid level of the property with new TVs in all bedrooms. The Great Room is spacious with fireplace, dining room & kitchen area. Great room with new Flat screen TV and speakers inside and outside on deck to stereo system. The sliders along the east wall in the great room open onto that great deck made of wonderful Trex decking. This is a house for families to come and just simply enjoy beach. Also for the golf lovers there is a putting green at the house.
