Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

New flat screen TV in master bedroom. Great sunset views from our 15x15 covered balcony with dining table, and 15x15 open deck for sunning and lounging. Master bedroom (recently redecorated) has a walk in closet, private tiled bath and double vanity sink. Guest bedroom with 2 double beds, large closet and own bath. New kitchen designed by Joseph of Tampa with granite countertops and all appliances and cook/table ware. Large dining table and living area with 52' Sony TV. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, picnic area and BBQ grill, all beachfront, and just about 90 steps to the ocean. We have owned for 25 years, taking our 4 children there for 2-4 weeks each year, and now they are creating more memories with their families!! A great place for making lasting memories, and new friends. On site management will help you with any questions you may have. ENJOY!!

About The Owner

Being from Iowa, we enjoy going to FL in the winter to escape the snow, and again in the summer to swim in the ocean. And spring and fall are also very nice.The best for all seasons.

Why The Owner chose Madeira Beach

We stayed in Treasure Island for a few years at Christmas time with our kids. When this property came available, we grabbed it as a great place to come back to, just like home, only no snow and lots of water!

What makes this condo unique

I think you will love the oceanfront pool and tiki huts. The pool is in the sun most of the day, and you can watch the waves from your lounge chair or while having lunch under the tiki hut! (many of the other condo's pools are at the side of the building, so no ocean view as you relax at the pool)

Great time at the beach. Kids had loads of fun, and condo big enough for all 5 of us. Easy to get to resturants and shopping. Liked the covered parking. Will be back in 2011. Thanks, 101 Seaview!
