There is no house at the back of the property to overlook the pool area, and from our pool deck you view a mature pine and oak forest. It is a 20 minute drive to the Disney parks, and 25 mins to International drive for conferences or Gaylord palms.

The home is under a 24 hour professional management company, they are there to help, and answer any questions, and our home is licensed by the sate of Florida.
Doral woods is at the North end of Poinciana Blvd, so allow 8/10 mins to get to the activities on 192 - the 24 hour Walmart etc. Easy access roads get you quickly to the attractions. It takes 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport, one hour and 10 minutes to Sanford airport, one hour to get to the beach, or Kennedy Space Center.
The Master Suite has a King bed, with a Flat screen TV plus DVD - relaxing arm chair and walk in closet.
The upgraded master bathroom has a marble tiled floor, two person garden tub, a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and twin vanities.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV .
The second bathroom has his and her vanities, then a door for privacy to the toilet, Tub and shower ( so some one else can be using the vanities etc ).
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV.
The bonus room is the Den - 2 and 3 seater sofa - TV good place for the kids to hang out.
The home has a sofa bed makes for 2 people.
We have a pack and play crib and highchair included in the rental .
The home has two living areas, as well as the DEN - One at the front of the property - with 3 and 2 seater sofa - perhaps relax and read on the days off from the parks. The main family room overlooks the pool, has three seater sofa, Arm chair and ottoman - all in Leather, A large screen TV with DVD.
The Formal dining area has a large table and 6 chairs, and can seat 8 if needed, using the nook chairs.
The kitchen Nook has an another table and four chairs, with view of the pool, kitchen and TV area.
The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, custom Cabinetry, Tiled floors ( from front door entrance area thru the hall way and all of the kitchen ideal for wear and cleaning), We have tiles counter tops, all appliances, fridge with freezer and ice maker, dish washer, stove/oven, built-in microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, electric kettle etc., plus dish ware, etc., for cooking and dining.
The garage is available for you to use, keep the car out the hot sun, and plenty of parking on the drive way.
The home has full Air-conditioning/heat, a large washer dryer in a utility closet for you to use, so under A/C ( not in the garage), and is close to the bedrooms - so easy access of the weekly washing.
The Oversize deck and Pool is accessed from the family room triple sliding doors - The spa is on a raised deck, we have loungers, patio table and chairs on the deck to allow to you relax and dine out by the pool. Spa/pool area is very private and has no house at the back backing on to it. At the edge of our property line there is a 'Greenway'' a section of natural woodland of Oaks and Pines that is preserved and cannot be built on.
The pool and spa can be heated for a charge of $105 per week . Pool heat is recommended during the months of October thru April.
