Un-crowded eight unit bldg... only four of which are rented out. Comfortably sleeps 6; expansive living/dining area and huge King, master suite. All new tile & carpeting, new color palette, new granite counter tops in the kitchen. Covered parking a few steps to the elevator. Walk to: Scenic highway 30-A's best restaurants, Grayton Beach Park (one of the most stunning in the USA), and the town of Seaside with its many shops and outdoor events. * Saturday to Saturday rental in season.
