This gorgeous 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse has been completely renovated with top-of-the line furniture, appliances and interior finish designed to create a relaxing, spa-like retreat. The property features an open living and dining area on the second level with spectacular gulf views as the building sits on the edge of the dune. The second level also includes a cook's kitchen and a king bedroom. The large gulf-front master suite on the third floor opens to a spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Also on the third floor is the third bedroom with 2 full beds. With the sofa sleeper in the living area, this unit sleeps up to 10. This proprety is located in Emerald Hill, a gulf-front complex with a spacious pool and in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It's a perfect family getaway and only a short stroll or bike ride to nearby shops, restaurants, Seaside and Watercolor. * Saturday to Saturday rental in season. * Parking for 2 cars only with use of garage. * Sorry, no pets allowed.
