una villa bellissima con un giardino splendido. la vista é spettacolare ed i dintorni permettono gite da sogno nella natura incontaminata. la villa é arredata benissimo ed ha tutte le comoditá. la piscina riscaldata é un invito quotidiano. rimangono indimenticabili le grigliate fatte nel giardino tropicale. assolut mente da consigliare.

We have visited this beautiful Villa twice now and will definately do so again, both with family and friends. All of the kids that have been with us - aged from 2 to 17 - love the place.
Lovely spacious rooms, equiped and furnished to the VERY highest levels. Huge grounds, lovely palms and plants, superb pool and patio areas. Local staff very helpful and attentive.
Owners are very kind and helpful.
The area itself is great and self contained.

We recently had a fantastic stay at Castelo do Mar. The photographs on the website don't do the property justice, it really is a magical place. A beautiful villa set in 2 acres of mature grounds, seperate fenced and gated pool area (very important if you have young kids like us), Castelo do Mar is equiped to the highest standard and is a great place to relax and unwind. Added to this it is within easy walking distance to the restaurants & bars of Carvoeiro, the to 2 local beaches. ..more in the guestbook

Wij komen al 17 jaar vrijwel elke Kerstperiode in de Algarve, meestal in Carvoeiro, waar we inmiddels verschillende villa's hebben gehuurd. Sommige huizen bevielen ons zeer goed en anderen wat minder goed. Castello do Mar valt zeker in de eerste categorie. Het is een comfortabel ingerichte villa, met een mooie grote, vrijgelegen tuin met een omheind zwembad (belangrijk als er kleine kinderen mee zijn), een kleine citrusboomgaard en ook grote wilde stukken. Ook vermeldenswaardig is het feit dat 1 van de 3 tweepersoonskamers een eigen opgang met badkamer en dakterras heeft, met uitzicht op de omringende rotskust en op de zee. Als je met meerderen bent kun je daar toch even van wat privacy genieten. Ook in de kerstperiode is Castelo do Mar een uitstekende villa om te huren.
