IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REST AND RELAXATION WITH ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME THEN THIS IS THE PLACE. THE OWNERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY, AND ACCOMMODATE YOUR EVERY NEED. AS A MATTER OF FACT, THEY HAVE ANTICIPATED YOUR EVERY NEED BY FURNISHING EVERY COOKING UTENSIL, AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER AND TECHNOLOGY HOOK UP WITH HIGH SPEED INTERNET THAT YOU COULD THINK OF. THE SURROUNDINGS ARE BEAUTIFUL WITH DESERT FLOWERS BLOOMING, A MANACURED GOLF COURSE AT YOUR BACK DOOR LOOKING OVER THE FIRST FAIRWAY AND MAJESTIC SUNSETS. IF YOU CAN’T TELL ALREADY I REALLY ENJOYED MY EXTENDED STAY.

Great stay!

I could not have asked for a better situation in which to spend my first winter of retirement in warm weather. The view of the golf course was great. Two decks allowed for either sitting in the sun or the shade. Both great for just relaxing or reading. The amenities of Sun City West are many and top-notch. Always something to do if you so desire. The use of a golf cart was great!

Working with the owners could not have been better. The very few minor problems were responded to and corrected quickly. The only thing keeping me from renting again next year was a decision to buy my own place!
