Villa de MARSEILLES Melbourne is a large 6 bedroom fully furnished house featuring 2 large lounge rooms with a large screen TV in each, DVD player & iPod docking system & an outdoor entertainment area with a gas BBQ. The house is very spacious making it well suited for couples, families and business stays.

INCLUDES FREE ** LINEN & TOWELS for all guests.

WiFi is available at an additional daily fee.

The house offers central heating and a separate dual zone air-conditioner in the lounge room only and accommodates 12 people comprising 6 bedrooms with 9 beds - 3 queen beds and 6 single beds. We are also children friendly and provide a porta cot and high chair at no additional charge.

The house also feature 3 bathrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The house boasts an outdoor entertainment area large outdoor entertaining areas including balcony with outdoor furniture accessible from the master bedroom enabling you to enjoy the tranquil surrounds while relaxing and soaking up the comforts of this amazing house.

The large fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer.

Please note there is no access to the Garage at the property, cars can be securely parked on the property behind locked gate.

The STANDARD rate advertised is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more during off peak or non special event dates. Inquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.

The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at anytime. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking.

A pre-authorised PROPERTY BOND of $750 is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

Extra Charges via Bond

We rented this house over the June Long Weekend 2014 - extra visiting family stay here. House itself was suitable and nice. When we left the house we left it exactly according to the paper work supplied by the real estate agent, the contract indicated Free Exit Clean, we had to put out rubbish bin etc. normal stuff, towels in the laundry. Over a week later I have had taken out of my credit card Cleaning fees of another $175.00 for dusting and the cleaning of flooring, and dusting and cleaning of cooking equipment ???? No one ate at the house as they were either at our house around the corner or at the local restaurants and cafe's..... Also the owner must live next door, when none our of cars were in drive way and they thought no one was in the house, a lady started wondering around the outside the enclosed yard, she just about ran out of the yard when mum yelled out What are YOU Doing.. No privacy here people and dodgy with the Charging of Bond Extras that Don't exist. And yes I have taken it up with the Real estate Agent and while they sympathies about the Extra Cleaning Charges apparently their hands are tired. Leave it with my Credit Card Disputed Transactions Area Now

Owner's Response: House was not left clean as per conditions, we certainly would not hand over house to next guests in the state it was left in, we allow 2 hour cleaning at no charge which includes linen on all beds, this is a very large 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house on 2 levels aprox 500m2 with secure lock up gate to driveway, a strictly no party house as per conditions, putting bins out is not leaving house clean, independent cleaners go in and supply report, we inspect to confirm, owners do not live next door, the neighbours filed a complaint about noise, any council fines will be passed to you.

We were looking for a property to meet our specific needs. This property did. The beds were comfortable - big plus, we didn't run out of hot water (very important) - the kitchen was well laid out. So we had all our comforts from home we brought our own specific kitchen extras - such as blender and juicer. We appreciated it being close to the shops. We enjoyed walks around the local streets. Although there was a glitch with the central heating, the service was great to get this going again - and we were able to improvise when the heating was down. The property was clean and comfortable. I would seriously considered booking this property again. Thank you so much for making this an easy decision Louie.

Owner's Response: Great to see a family enjoy one our houses. The extra space, comfortable bedding and close proximity to shops and amenities is important to provide our guests. We always want them to feel like they are at home and not in a small hotel room.
