Quiet house close to the sea

Spacious sea side villa is located in Tri Luke bay, 10 km distanced from Vela Luka, on the island of Kor?ula.

It has direct access to the sea, distanced 25 m from rocky beach.

Villa is placed on the edge of protected park forest between pines. With surrounding of 1000 square meters it is paradise for people who like spending time in nature.

Two level terrace offers breathtaking view while having dinner or coffee in front of the house.

Interior of the house is made of wood, with wooden stairs which connect ground and first floor. Kitchen is placed on the ground floor, with big seaview window.

In front of the house there is big stone table, fireplace and separate toilet.

On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, both with sea view, and one bathroom.

Villa is comfortably decorated in a dalmatian style and all rooms are sea facing except for the bathrooms.

Garden is filled with mediterranean vegetation who cascades down tothe sea edge along a stone pathway .

One open parking place is located in front of entrance on estate.

Nice restaurant is placed nearby, with great local Dalmatian food and diving club which organize group diving.

3 km away, in little village named Potirna there is nice rural turism estate with homemade food and drinks.

Vela Luka is connected with Split by ferry line twice a day and with catamaran line once a day.

In Vela Luka there are supermarket and shops, hospital, church, boat and car rental, restaurants and caffe bars.

About Tamara Jadric

I am married and have 2 great children. My husband and me love to travel, but also adore spending time in our beautiful house on Kor?ula. House is owned by my parents and we are helping them to rent it. We live in Split, small, ancient Dalmatian town, placed on the sea and also very interesting for visiting. My husband and me both grew up here, but met on marine biology university where we fall in love and married after graduation.

Why Tamara Jadric chose Korcula

My parents own this house for last 20 years. My father was yacht men for many years; my brother and me spent beautiful holidays on the boat with parents. Then, they decided to sell the boat and settle down during holidays. My father knew all quiet and nice bays on Korcula and when they found this house in Tri Luke they knew it will be paradise for our family. While we were kids and students we spent every summer holidays there. Now we are employed in charter company and work very hard during summer time. We don't have so much time to spend time in our vacation house so we decided to rent it.

What makes this house unique

We all love spending time in our house. We live busy and stressed life and coming in Tri Luke give us completely different time. While we are there we spent all day in the garden, eat fish from outdoor barbecue, forget about TV and cell phones and enjoy with friends and family.
