Newly renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath Waterfront Home with a 15 min boat ride to the GULF

THIS PROPERTY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS A RENTAL.

We have the ideal spot for your winter get away. The home sits on an oversized waterfront lot on a dead end street with a wildlife preserve across the street. We have the boat house, you bring the boat. We are 2 bridges and 15 minutes for the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

The home offers two bedrooms each with QUEEN beds and big closets. New floors and paint throughout. There are two full bathrooms; one with bathtub and the other with walk-in shower.

There is a huge two car garage for your use which includes on-site laundry equipment for your use. You will also find beach chairs and coolers for your beach bum days.

Come catch our perfect sunsets every night from our Florida room with a wrap around screened-in porch that offers use of a brand new gas BBQ.
About Michael Harde

We are from the beautiful state of New Hampshire and fell in love with Englewood while on vacation last year. We made it our mission to retire here. We are lucky to be able to visit several times a year and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We not only fell in love with Englewood but also with its beautiful people. You can't find people more friendly, outgoing and helpful as the friends we have made here is a very short time. We love this house because of its perfect location. We are mear steps away from the hospital, pharmacy, grocery stores, beautiful Englewood Beach, golf courses, marinas and great restaurants and social spots.

What makes this house unique

We fell in love with the sunsets that we see each day. We are blessed to see the glow from anywhere in the house. We love to grab a glass of wine and watch from our boat house. We also like the light traffic on the street; this spot is incredibly quiet.
