About Scott Nell

This was the first home my wife and I (Tatiana & Scott) bought soon after we were married - we love this property, and are excited to share it with visitors from abroad - we both have an entertainment background, and Tatiana now has the honor of being a Stay at Home Mom to our 3 wonderful children (another is already out of the house), while Scott brings home the bacon as a Luxury Estates Residential Realtor, working hard each day so he can get home to spend time with the family.

So close to Universal Studios! Perfect for entertainment industry folks as it is close to the major studios like Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal, etc.. If you are visiting family, we are in Toluca Lake, and border Studio City, Burbank, Universal City, Hollywood! The Aqua Vista is as cute as can be, cozy, fully furnished, tons of Spanish character, and was put together with loving care by my wife (Tatiana). Also close to the best theme parks, transportation, all Hollywood has to offer, restaurants, and so much more.

Beautiful, Cozy Studio in Great Location

I stayed here while visiting my parents in North Hollywood. Everything is just as pictured - lovely decor and very inviting. It made a wonderful home base to return to every night after long days of running around LA with my mom.

The owners included so many thoughtful touches, from the chocolate Santas on the coffee table, to the toiletires, to the the water, tea and snacks in the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful stay - I will definitely be back!

Wonderful Rental

Had a great time at this rental in March 2013. We were visiting our daughter who lives in Studio City and it was convenient to her place as well as major freeways (101, 405, 170, 134, etc) and centrally located to attractions. (We were able to visit Griffith Park, Travel Town Museum, Autry Museum, Griffith Observatory, Getty Museum, Reagan Library, Densanso Gardens, Nethercutt Museum, Disneyland, Catalina Island, Malibu, bike from Santa Monica to the Venice Canals, hike Fryman, Runyan, and Escondido Falls canyons during our 10 day stay because of the proximity to all these destinations.)

The place is very comfortable and artistically decorated. Loved the tilework. It is on a quiet dead end side street in a very safe neighborhood. The rental process was painless and Scott was very attentive to our needs and we met him during our stay (thanks for the toaster!). We were able to have dinner on the back patio with its white lights and fountain which was very pleasant. Parking is not an issue since 2 parking passes are provided and my daughter was able to use one when she visited.

I would very definitely recommend this rental and will stay again when we are able to return to sunny LA.

Love this fabulous studio!

This studio apartment is adorable and is in a GREAT location. Situated close to major highways and eateries, this studio was perfect for what I needed!

I am a big bathroom and kitchen "person" (meaning that if the bathroom or the kitchen is dull or dirty, I am going to look at other places). Both the bathroom and the kitchen here are IMPECCABLY clean and the studio has a modern flair with a traditional Spanish touch.

Scott is very thorough and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great studio, excellent location

Small charming studio. Pictures are very accurate. You cannot beat the location, close to everything with great access to highways.
The place have everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It was a very nice touch to find that the owners have thought about almost everything a guest can need. I certainly appreciated the coffee!
Property has been renovated and it shows very nice spanish details all over and is impecable clean.
The area is very quiet and felt very safe (that was especially important for me as I was traveling by myself and finishing work at very late hours).
Parking is not a problem at all due to the parking permit.

Cozy, Quiet, Clean, Accomidating, and GORGEOUS!!

I could not recommend this place more! First off, the rental is on a very residential and quiet side street VERY conveniently located to get anywhere in Los Angeles. (Yes, even with traffic!) The unit itself has very earthy tones that are extremely welcoming and the layout is great, leaving plenty of room to live, eat, sleep, and have a great time. I stayed for 9 days and it was like being home.

The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. I don't want to give away any surprises, but there are cute notes everywhere welcoming you into your vacation home. In many ways this is like a private bed and breakfast feel ranked up there with the best of them. (And I am originally from New England, so I know my B&Bs!)

If you are looking for a romantic night away, a location for an extended stay in LA to visit all the attractions, or simply a place to rest your head, this is the place to go. I live in LA and know that you cannot find a nicer place for the price. I had to find a place to stay while my apartment was repaired and I could not have picked a better place!

In summary, very nice owners, easy check-in and out, perfect location, great space, and high quality decor. Stop looking for other places and book it now! You will be glad you did.
