I am a travel nurse whose "corporate housing" wasn't up to par. I found this listing and the owner was very quick to respond. She was very accommodating, even going down to property on very short notice to make sure it was warm enough for me for when I got in. Even helped me bring in my bags.

The place was great. Exactly like the pictures. Very clean. Very convenient. Loved 36th Street. Very cool place to shop and eat and only about 7 neighborhood blocks away. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and never encountered anything that would make me feel other wise. Everyone I worked with kept saying what a nice area the Hampden neighborhood was. They were all impressed with me staying there.

Street parking can be tough if arriving after 5:30pm during the week and Sunday however there is the Boy Scout building parking lot at end of block. And after all isn't that a part of living in the city, right?

Would highly recommend this property to others. Was a very enjoyable 3 week stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Mary Ellen was a thoughtful guest, and I was sorry to see her leave. I know I'm not the only one who loves my Hampden neighborhood.

Excellent rental

We had a delightful stay. House was just as advertised, well-maintained and clean. We are planning on returning to Baltimore this fall for another stay and will contact this owner to see if we can use the place again.

Absolutely no problems at all. Large food market is a short drive away and 36th street has wonderful stores and restaurants (Dogwood is top quality). Friendly neighborhood.
