About Bruce Spector

My wife and I live on St. Croix (she has been here 21 years, I moved here almost 6 years ago), just a few miles from the condo. I practice law here and she is a marketing and sales professional. We have two dogs, two Macaws, and lots of friends. Her family is in Colorado and most of mine is in Florida. I spent 21 years in Vermont before moving here.

This condo was my home before I met and married my wife here. It is beautifully decorated and lovingly cared for. It is our only property other than our primary residence and we take great pride in how we care for it. I bought this condo because of the great view, the peace and quiet in this great neighborhood on the ocean, the proximity to everything, and the quality of the property.

What makes this condo unique

Spectacular ocean view and views to Buck Island, downtown Christiansted, the shore, and the Princesse hillside. The rooms are very spacious, the ceilings are a full 8', and the gallery (balcony) offers flexibility of lifestyle with two sets of sliding glass doors.

Enjoy fully air conditioned comfort or choose the wonderful Caribbean ocean breezes constantly blowing from the ocean.

My husband and myself rented this condo from the owners themselves who were very informative regarding the general area and all this condo offered. Well situated on a hilltop with the gorgeous view you have seen in the picture above. Clean, comforable and well appointed this is a very quiet, relaxing space with colorful decor and everything thought out. The pool is steps away which has a breathtaking view of Christensted Harbour in the distance. Parking is out front and close. A five minuet drive to the city and close to all other venues who may wish to take in. We enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and the main attractions including the beautiful waters of Buck Island. Give the Jolly Roger a call and Mike will look after you. Overall this condo within its gated security worked well for us and we would not hesitate to return. Thanks.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this condo. It is VERY clean and well-appointed. The view is picture postcard Carribean paradise. The property overall is meticulously maintained. While a car is a must, you'll want it to explore this beautiful island and hit the exceptional restaurants in Christiansted and beyond. The owners were readily available for tips and recommendations. Wouldhighly suggest this property for couples and families looking for a comfortable island getaway at a very affordable price.
