2ND LEVEL l has a large open two story GREAT ROOM with cathedral ceiling, WOOD FLOORS , has a large dining table, a gas fireplace, a seating area with a 46” HDTV with cable , DVD player and wall mounted CD STEREO player. From the great room there is access to a spacious deck where you can enjoy peaceful views of nature, BBQ on the Weber gas grill, dine in the outdoors and observe winter views of big boulder ski mountain. There is a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. It has, an ice maker, cold water dispenser, dishwasher, self cleaning oven and center island.It is fully equipped . There are also two bedrooms, one with a deck off of it and a full bath.
3 RD LEVEL has 2 bedrooms, one has a balcony and 32' LCD TV. A nice size loft which has a twin size day bed with a twin size roll out trundle bed. The loft overlooks the great room. There is also a full bath.
This home is a 5 minute drive to BIG BOULDER SKI RESORT and a 10 minute drive to JACKFROST SKI RESORT, at the other end of Lake Harmony. There are boat rentals and water skiing or tubing available on the lake during the summer season.You can also bring your own power boat. The house is located 1 mile from the INDOOR WATER PARK at SPLIT ROCK RESORT. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC and Philadelphia.Lake Harmony its self is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing(if you are bringing your POWER boat,please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and jet skiing (there are no jet ski rentals). This home is located in LAKE HARMONY ESTATES AND HAS USE OF a private sandy beach, with a club house and parking lot.There is a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. Tenants staying in this home also have use of the Tennis court and Marina owned by the Estates,LAKE HARMONY is a power boat lake , you can bring your power boat and launch it daily....you will need to order a permit several weeks before you are checking in.
Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival. If you are unsatisfied with the condition of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge. Please schedule your arrival times accordingly. By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.Should you want it cleaned during you stay please contact us to set up the appointment.
