Excellent location

We stayed in this apartment for more than one month and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, at walking distance to all that the Zona Colonial can offer (bar, restaurants, museums and historical sites). The flat was very well maintained and clean (a cleaner came twice a week), the neighbours were very friendly and quiet and overall we felt very safe (there was a porter 24 hrs a day). All three bedrooms had air conditioning and fans (they were all working very well) and in the front room/dining room there were two very big fans also in perfect working conditions. The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs: when we arrived the kitchen tap was not working very well and they had it fixed straight away. The only problem some people might experience with this flat is the fact that it overlooks a rather busy road (two bedroom and the front room) but we really liked to sit on the balcony during the day and just listen to the city while at night we slept in the bedroom which overlooks the internal yard.
