Great Location! One block from the Goodyear Ball Park, rt. off Estrella Parkway. This is a one story house with 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths with a 2 car garage. (Included Wi-Fi wireless)The house has a nice open floor plan that has been professionally decorated and will be a comfortable home away. The master bedroom has a new queen bed with a flat screen TV, double sinks,bath/shower and a large walk-in closet, the other two bedrooms have new beds with tvs as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Laundry room has front loader washer and dryers, also has ironing board and iron.

The backyard has been professionally landscaped and well maintained. It features patio furniture and a BBQ, so you can enjoy the beautiful weather.

My family moved to Arizona 6 yrs. ago from Ca. It has been a great place to raise a family. We love the sporting events, concerts, family events, and outdoor activities.

The house was just right.... not too big .. not too small. Clean, fully stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items... glad to see a coffee maker as I do Iike my morning cup.
The wi fi worked great and overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Tracey!!

House was exactly what is shown on website. Had everything we needed. Great location, clean and comfortable house for my husband, kids and myself. I would for sure recommend this property and stay there again if we are in Goodyear!

Arizona Spring Training

I know that I reviewed this place once and not sure what happened to it, but we were so pleased with the place and the owner that I am willing to say so again. The house is clean and very well cared for. We enjoyed the patio and grill especially. I thought it was very easy to find and delightfully close to Goodyear Ballpark. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped and only lacked a wine opener, a minor inconvenience. Traci was always willing to respond to my inquiries. We stayed 6 days and were very happy there. Would definitely stay again if we can manage another spring trip next year. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Vacation Home

Rented & stayed in this house for 8 days and was very happy with it. Online description was spot on with amenities. The location & setting was perfect for our needs & was very easy to locate initially and each time we returned. Sometimes finding the house again @ the end of the day is not so easy. The house was cleaned perfectly and communication with the owner was easy and pain free. We travel to this area yearly for a golfing vacation and can easily say that this is definitely a property listing we will hope to stay in again. Shopping and golf courses were all very close, so travel was @ a minimum. Thanks, T., we loved your house.
