Beautiful Loft Condo, comfortably sleeps 6!

Newly remodeled 650 sq ft. loft that comfortably sleeps 6!

We would be honored to share our home with you! It's a charming loft with a fireplace, full kitchen, full bath, with a deck. 3rd Floor unit on the end of a building so no one above you...and only one unit on one side! Very quiet. Beautiful views of mountains and the beautiful mountain homes in Granby Ranch.

There is a super market across the street so just bring your clothes & your toothbrush and come see what the Rocky Mountains have in store for you!

Ski season is the most popular time...but don't forget all the great things to do in this area...Hiking trails start a block from the door. Bike trails both road & mtn are close. Lake Granby and Grand Lake about 20 mins away. Granby Ranch Ski and Golf less then 2 miles and Winter Park (CO locals favorite) 15 mins from the resort! You want to see some of the best wildlife in CO? Rocky Mountain National Park is a short 30 min drive also! Some of the most beautiful drives in CO are in this area.

About Mendi and Mike Twedt

We are new owners and absolutely love our comforable and spacious condo, it is perfect for our family! We spend a lot of time in the mountains and absolutely love the Fraser Valley. We call our home, Granby Paradise. It is absolutely a paradise with beautiful mountain views, a cozy and very comfortable condo that makes you feel right at home.

There is so much to do in the area with great 4-wheeling trails that we use quite often. We love to hike so we use the many hiking trails every time we go up, the hiking trails also double for snow shoe trails in the winter. We also snow mobile and there are plenty of trails for that too! We are so excited for Granby Ranch Ski Resort to open! It is a great ski mountain at a very affordable price! They also have tubing every Saturday night! Granby is perfectly centered in a great location, only 15 minutes one direction to Winter Park and a half hour away the other direction from Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand Lake is a short distance away also!

Our condo is at the Inn at Silver Creek and it is complete with an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool so have fun swimming year round! They also have four hot tubs, 2 full racquet ball courts, a fitness center with excellent cardio and weight machines, as well as free weights. Don't forget to enjoy the Sauna, especially after a great day of skiing. The resort has so many on-site features including a Bar & Grill, Harry Lemons, beauty salon, liquor store, gift shop, game room for childrern and one for the adults in Harry Lemons. For you skiers, snow boarders and snow shoers there is a full service on-site ski rental shop! You will enjoy excellent customer service from everyone at the resort, they are fantastic!

We couldn't be happier with our resort condo and we would love to share it with you!
