Formula 1 and the City of Bastrop are only minutes away. Austin will take about 25 minutes to get into downtown. The airport is less than 25 miles and easy to access. The Colorado River is practically outside your doorstep (within 50 feet) and there is a boat ramp. The setting is very convenient, yet very private. There is a locked electric gate leading to the property to insure safety and privacy. The opportunity to entertain is built into the design of the property. There are 3 golf courses within easy distance that are public and excellent. Just about any water sport you want is easily available. There are several locations for horseback riding. There are many lovely places to hike, whether it is around town or in one of the 3 State Parks within 20 miles. Lakes provide boating, fishing and swimming.
