Welcome to the Hawaiian! The entire 4 bedroom apartment, the Hawaiian, and its aptly named rooms--guava, mango, passion fruit and pineapple--are available for your stay in the gastronomically astute and weird city of portlandia.
Whether visiting Portland in general or your son/daughter at nearby psu (2 blocks away), we have a great location and enough room for the whole family. With a walk score (ws) of 95, you are within easy reach of everything you need and want to see in the city of roses.
Take advantage of our convenient location and unmatched amenities—everything you want and need in one place makes this location the best in downtown apartments! It is located across the street from Portland state university (psu) in the heart of downtown Portland, or, and has an on-site trimet max light rail stop. While the building is not exclusively rented to students, it does have the layout and vibe of student life, given its close proximity to the psu campus. You will also enjoy our amenities including a fitness center, computer center, multiple study lounges, social lounge with x-box and ps3, and wi-fi hot spots.

Located at the southern end of the south park blocks, a graceful line of twelve city blocks that make up our city's 'central park.' the park starts three blocks north of the ladd (one of our other listings), and extends southward into the Portland state university campus (great Saturday farmer's market). The park is the unifying element of the cultural district. It is a tranquil oasis of oak and elm trees, grass, drinking fountains, paths and wooden benches, and is enjoyed by residents, travelers, children, pets and foot commuters.
The cultural district includes the Portland art museum, northwest film center, Oregon historical society, Portland center for the performing arts (including the 1928 rococo Arlene schnitzer concert hall, home of the Oregon symphony), the charming and historic old church event and performance center, the central library built in 1913, and many noteworthy century-old buildings and churches.
