The Grand Plaza is a remarkable new property in the prestigious River North neighborhood in Downtown Chicago. The property has a lovely outdoor pool and sundeck, indoor resistance pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, basketball court, running track, putting green, cybercafe, game room and party room. There is a full service grocery on the first floor within the building. All are yours to use while in residence.

The condo is completely furnished with a full kitchen, full bath, washer and dryer and a balcony. All house wares are provided including linens, towels, all tableware and large and small appliances in the kitchen. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. Weekly maid service, all utilities, cable TV and high speed internet are included as well.
