MINIMUM STAY: 7 DAYS This 4th floor end unit in one of Key Largo's finest bayfront condominium complexes offers a beautiful view of the Florida Bay and lots of natural light. You'll love the updated kitchen with granite counters, new cabinetry and appliances. New linens and fresh paint add to the desirability of this condo. Comfy furnishings in the living area, attractive dining table and chairs plus a private den/study area off the kitchen guarantee a tasteful and inviting living environment. This unit is clean, clean, clean! Additional in unit features include WiFi, Washer/Dryer, and flat screen TV's. If you are bringing a boat dockage can be arranged for an addition fee. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

Rate Details: $2300 to $3000/month* OR $825 to $1025/week depending on season. *Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
