Photos and Description of the Salt Lake City vacation condo rental
2 Bedrooms, 1 den(can be modified for bedroom) and 3 baths

Our downtown condo is clean and safe. It is located within walking distance from the new City Creek Shopping Center, Capital Theater, historical sites, and the convention center. It is also 20-30 minutes to the ski slopes. We have 2 queen size beds, and 1 full size bed(in den). There is 3 bathrooms (2 with showers and tub). A nice size kitchen with a beautiful dining table. A washer and dryer. A big flat screen in the front living area with cable. Free Wi-Fi.

Why Amy Patterson chose Salt Lake City

I love Salt Lake City!! I go there to enjoy sports games, culture engagements, and to enjoy shopping or the ski slopes. I love all the different restaurants that are within walking distance from my property. Local transportation is within a half a block. I feel like everything I need is right there close by.

What makes this condo unique

I had to have this property because it is located in downtown central Salt Lake City. It is close to Historical sites and great places within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and to classy entertainment.

Generally exceeded expectations. Nice, comfortable accommodations (4 adults). Great kitchen for dining-in. Excellent central location. Recommend Sunday steak specials at Red Rock Brewing Co., only two-block walk. Parking is issue, but can be handled.

The condo was perfect for a visit with kids and grandkids. It was clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, but we worked around it. We would love to go back sometime.

Awesome 2013 Ski Vacation

Best ski vacation of all time!!! Our condo was centrally located near everything. Short drive time to most of the ski resorts. Condo itself was magnificent. Plenty of room for 4 ski bums and it had everything you could possibly need. Furnishings were top notch. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was a good thing because we cooked dinner in every night. 2nd floor pool and hot top were welcome sights after a long day skiing. Roof top hot tub was even better.

The owner was great to work with and prompt with information. We will be staying here again!!!!!!!!!!!

This condo was superb. Very clean and decorated very nice. The location is perfect. Just a few block from everything. We felt very secure and our grandkids loved the pool. We would love to stay here again. The owners were ideal and we didn't have any problems with anything...except we had to end our vacation and go home.

Luxurious condo in highrise

This property went beyond our expectations. I don't think the photos do it justice. The views are spectacular! It was spotless and contained every amenity we could possibly need -- I even found extra toothbrushes...which I needed. I would most certainly recommend this condo. So convenient to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.
