Luxury 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Townhouse in a 2 unit building with Sleeper Sofa, 13 foot vaulted ceiling and quality furnishings in Coconut Mallory Marina & Resort. Located near the marina and the Boathouse Pub overlooking one of two pools on property with a view of Cow Key channel. Nice raised deck with new furniture to enjoy your favorite beverage or read a book. Tiled floors and shower/tub, granite counter tops, newly updated appliances, flat screen TVs and new mattress. One third of the nightly rental is due upon booking. The second payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and the final payment plus damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

About Steve Pearson
I was born and raised in Duluth Minnesota and moved to San Diego in the late 80's. Last spring I purchased a 60' Catamaran and decided to keep it docked in Key West. My brother and I are planning to offer day charters on the 'Dream Catcher' at some point. We have a log lodge style cabin on a lake in Duluth, (HomeAway #297421) that keeps us busy with vacation rentals as well. I still enjoy spending time in Minnesota and California but have the most fun in Key West.
Why Steve Pearson chose Key West
I looked at a number of properties to buy and was fortunate to be the first person to see this unit and bought it immediately. This is a really nice resort, well landscaped, on the water with a small marina, relaxing, close to town but away from the hustle and bustle associated with staying in Old Town and room to breathe. I like having a dedicated parking spot and plenty of open parking for visiting guests. The resort was built in 1997 but this 2 unit townhouse was built in 2005 and well constructed. I also like having the Boathouse pub just a short walk to the dock with games, pool table and premium beers for only $2.50.
What makes this townhome unique
Easy access to the water, close to Smathers Beach, short cab ride to Duval Street and Casa Marina but very peaceful and quiet. Close to the airport, shopping centers and a wide variety of activities, many within walking or biking distance.

Things are going great!!! We love the condo! The bed is soooo comfortable I could barely get out of it. We had a great time last night. Went out and had a late dinner at the Half shell, shopped for a few groceries and hung out at the condo. The hot tub and pool were amazing! Temp is perfect and we love the quietness of the resort and condo. We stayed up late sitting on the deck. Mike was really nice and helpful as well. We love your knife set, don't be surprised if you can't find it! Lol. Jk. Don't see the cooler....
