This is the showcase home at the Meridian in Playa del Carmen. Featuring the only 3 bedroom condo home for rent, this spectacular property is not to be missed.

Completely renovated and upgraded, this corner property features a fully appointed contemporary kitchen with all of the amenities needed to enjoy great meals at home in the comfort and privacy of the most spectacular 3 bedroom property. 2 main floor bedrooms both feature ensuite bathrooms which have also been customized! The master suite features features a King bed and private terrace with chairs, facing south and towards the ocean. The second bedroom offers two double beds.

The living area is super spacious with large windows on two walls, opening to your private garden terrace. A glass table dining area, comfy sofa seating space and Plasma Screen TV complete a spectacular living area!

The main feature of this home is the private roof top terrace that features not only a 3rd bedroom and 3rd Bathroom, but a custom built palapa seating area and soft lighting. There is also an outdoor dining area that features great views and comfortable seating for up to 8 persons. A high end, gas BBQ and luscious vegetation complete the marvelous Roof Top Getaway!

This unit is located in the building The Meridian, between 40 and 42nd Street between the ocean and 1st Avenue only steps from the sand. Only 1 and one half blocks to the famous 5th avenue dinning and shopping but quite and peaceful.
