Very spacious townhome that will sleep 11 and is located on the Vail golf course. There is a lovely patio and summer grill. This property has great amenities including a steam room, summer pool and 2 car garage.

Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this spacious 3000+ square foot townhome is located steps away from the first tee on the Vail golf course. It is less than a mile to Vail Village and the Golden Peak ski lifts, the Ford amphitheater and Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. This property has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. In addition, Gore Creek Properties manages the neighboring property #60 and #61 for larger groups wanting to be next to each other.The back deck provides relaxing views of the Aspen Grove behind and there is a barbeque available. There are flat screen tv's in all the bedrooms and the living room. The sunken living room is spacious and has a wood burning fireplace. The dining area has a 6 person dining table but has chairs to accommodate 8 and a breakfast bar with an additional 4 seats.There are comfortable rear and front decks and scenic mountain views abound. The complex has a summer pool easily accessible from this house and an indoor steam room. Outside your front door there are hiking and biking trails, fly fishing, Vail village and the Ford amphitheater. The free shuttle into the Village is a short walk away from your door. Please no pets. This property is NON SMOKING. Free wifi is provided.
