Your condo was well-addressed in your ad. Communications were good from start to finish - good management. Pristine condition - nice layout, which captures the beautiful view of Tampa Bay and bridge from LR, BR and balcony. Important Eastern view which, if staying there during a full moon, creates a sight to behold!



Well stocked (with everything working but the clocks), quiet, safe, beautifully appointed with new, comfy furniture, alive with nice, friendly folks in a lovely setting close to shopping, restaurants, and Publix.



Not overcrowded as so many seasonal rentals.

Shopping

Publix is the main supermarket.

Stores are located on:

1. Gulf Boulevard;

2. St Pete Beach (approximately 1 mile on the right past The Don Caesar);

3. 34th Street (best) – situated almost immediately on your left when you turn onto 34th Street.

Walmart is ok for household products but Publix is better for fresh foodstuff.

There is a store located approximately 2 miles on your left when you turn onto 34th Street.

Tyrone Mall

Located at 22nd Avenue North and 66th. Go to the end of Gulf Boulevard, turn right onto 75th. Stay on 75th for approximately 3 miles when it runs into 66th Street at a sharp left hand bend. At the junction of 66th and 22nd Avenue North you will see Sears on your left on the opposite corner of the junction. Turn left onto 22nd Avenue North and Tyrone Mall is on your right.

Prime Outlets

Take 275 South, direction Bradenton. Cross the Sunshine Skyway Bridge ($ 1 toll) and take 75th South a few miles later towards Naples. Ellenton is a few miles down 75th. Take Exit 224 towards Ellenton, keeping left. Along the road opposite Walgreens, you will see a sign for Prime Outlets.

International Plaza

International Plaza is located adjacent to Tampa International Airport at the intersection of West Shore and Boy Scout.

Take I-275th North. Pass Tampa International Airport and take the next exit (40b) signposted International Plaza. Take a left at the junction, straight over, Boy Scout Boulevard, take a right.

Return to St Pete: follow signs for I-275 South.

Westshore Plaza Shopping Mall

opening Hours: M-Sat: 10am-9pm. Sun: noon-6pm

Head towards International Plaza; Westshore Plaza is just before. Good for shopping and restaurants including PF Chang’s China Bistro.

Beaches

St Pete Beach: access is opposite Publix car park which is free after 5pm.

Pass-a-Grille: there is free parking on the last 2 blocks of the non beach road, on the opposite side to the inland waterway.

Desoto State Park: miles of beautiful beaches with free car parking and plenty of picnic areas.

Blue Fugu (Japanese Steakhouse Restaurant)

Located in the same complex as Publix supermarket.

Skidder’s Restaurant (Restaurant run by Greek family. Good pizzas!)

Approximately 1 mile past Publix on the non beach side.

Red Lobster (Seafood)

275 North and come off at 54th Avenue West. Travel to 34th Street, turn right and it is a short distance on your right just past the Jaguar dealership.

The Wharf

Passe-a-Grille (on your left just after the Passe-a-Grille traffic lights).

Cody’s (Steaks, ribs etc)

Early bird specials, Mon – Sat, 3.30 pm – 6 pm. Kids 10 and under eat free Mon & Tue from the Kids Stuff Menu.

Moon under the Water

275th North and exit at The Pier junction. Follow the road downhill to bay side at downtown St Petersburg, turn right and it is immediately on your right.

Leverocks (Seafood)

Head towards Tyrone Mall and it is on your right on 75th.

Palm Pavilion Beachside Grill & Bar

PF Chang’s China Bistro (Good Chinese food)

Head for International Plaza. Westshore Plaza is just before.
